Locations of Speed Cameras in Lancashire. - Perfectly competent drivers are being mercilessly persecuted for slightly exceeding the speed limits, often set ludicrously low and located in places which are not accident blackspots or outside Schools.. These Cameras are nothing but a revenue raiser for the Police to fund yet more cameras with the money gained. It would be very hard birding around East Lancashire when we are all eventually banned from driving for doing a few miles per hour over the speed limits. Click on the link to discover the locations of cameras across East Lancashire (Blackburn has at least 34 as of Nov 2003!) and beyond.
