Little Egret at Upper Wayoh Reservoir, Lancs.

This bird showed dark feet (with perhaps slightly paler soles) and grey legs unlike the wholly yellow feet that I would have expected a bird of the European race 'garzetta' to show. Could this bird be one of the several (ringed and unringed) escapes (of the forms nigripes/immaculata) from Blackpool Zoo in 2003. This bird appeared to be un-ringed.
